Training
- We hope that Blink OMS is intuitive and easy to use, however, we understand that not all of your staff members will be quite so comfortable using a new computer system. And we also know that you as a practice manager probably won't have the time to train your staff yourself. So, we offer tailored staff training courses to get you going.
Courses can be 1-to-1 and carried out 'on the job', or more formal, seminar style, sessions - or anything in between.
Training is charged at our daily rate. Please see the prices page.
Electronic Data transfers
- We are happy to pre-populate your Blink Optician Management Software with any data that you have previously recorded and have stored in an electronic format.
Some formats may be easier to transfer than others so we will always give you a quote first.
- Customise Blink To Suit Your Practice
- There are many aspects to Blink OMS that you, the practice manager, has direct control of. The administration section of the system allows you to customise many of the data entry pages, including the Eye Examination form.
So, if you like to record certain data about a patient during your examination but Blink does not collect it, simply amend the examination form to suit your needs.
If you require even more customisation, then just ask, we may be able to tailor your system further.
